The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by “WOBA GROUP,” thereby expressing interest in the information published on the network. By joining our page, you provide consent for the processing of personal data published on your profile. The user should be aware that their posts will be visible to other users, making them primarily responsible for their privacy. Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any processing system by “WOBA GROUP” but will remain on the Social Network.
Contests and Promotions “WOBA GROUP” reserves the right to conduct contests and promotions in which users who have joined its page can participate. The rules for each of these contests, when the Social Network’s platform is used, will be published there. Always in compliance with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations. The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer any of our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with them.
Advertising
“WOBA GROUP” will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services. If “WOBA GROUP” decides to process your contact information to conduct direct commercial prospecting actions, it will always do so in compliance with the legal requirements of data protection regulations and the LSSI-CE.
